Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

We aim to make your delivery experience smooth, fast, and reliable.

  • Courier: Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Delivery Cost: Flat rate of £3.35 per order
  • Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 1 pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 working days from dispatch
  • Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched
  • Missed Deliveries: If no one is available at your delivery address, Royal Mail will attempt redelivery or leave a collection notice

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or international destinations.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • You must contact us through the Contact Form before returning the item

Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your request is received and approved. (We do not display the returns address publicly for safety and security reasons.)

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Confirm approval of the return via email
  • Process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

Refunds do not include the original delivery charge unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch with us via the Contact Form within three working days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and applicable UK consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights are not affected.
