5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship using Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times:
- UK Standard: 2–4 business days
- UK Tracked: 1–2 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, strikes, or external disruptions.

6. Returns & Refunds
You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition. Customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
